Minimum requirements for applicants
Minimum requirements for applicants
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Aged 18 to 26
- Have a valid driver's license
- Able to meet the State of New Mexico EMS Bureau EMT Background Guidelines.
- Receive clearance through the NM Caregivers Criminal History Screening Program
As part of the application process, you will eventually need to upload the following documents. You can begin the application process now, save your progress, and upload the documents as you have them.
- High school diploma or equivalency
- High school transcript
- A letter of recommendation from a non-family member
